The Maryland Board of Dentistry is proud to offer online license renewal for:
  • Dentist
  • Dental Hygienist
Before you begin, you will need:
  1. Your Maryland Dental License Number and Social Security Number.
  2. A printer, to print a copy of your Completed Application and Receipt.
  3. A VISA, or MasterCard.
  4. If you wish to pay by check or money order you must complete a hard copy renewal application form and submit to the Board. You may download the license renewal application form from the Board’s web site at www.dhmh.md.gov/dental/ by clicking on Forms & Applications Quick Links.
To avoid delays you are strongly urged to renew your license as early as possible.
